All you need is a strong plastic see through bag, a screw on lense or filter and a scissors. The process takes about a minute and can allow you to film in light rain or dusty environments.

Are you being paid equal pay for equal work?

President Barack Obama signed a new pay-equity measure into law Thursday, effectively overturning a 2007 Supreme Court decision that made it harder to sue for pay discrimination.

The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act is the first bill President Obama signed.

The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act, named for a former Goodyear Tire employee who sued the company for gender discrimination in 1998, is the first bill signed by Obama.

"It is fitting that with the very first bill I sign … we are upholding one of this nation’s first principles: that we are all created equal and each deserve a chance to pursue our own version of happiness," Obama said at a ceremony in the East Room of the White House.

"If we stay focused, as Lilly did, and keep standing for what’s right, as Lilly did, we will close that pay gap and ensure that our daughters have the same rights, the same chances, and the same freedom to pursue their dreams as our sons."

The new law removes a provision requiring employees seeking equal pay to file a complaint within 180 days of receiving their first unfair paycheck.

Most employers ask that you don’t disclose your payment package. I wonder why?

Lefthanders, how do you feel about the fact that Obama and McCain are both left-handed?

Bill Clinton and the first George Bush along with Reagan and Ford were also lefties. Isn’t this strange. I am left-handed but am not thinking of running for office.

Conservatives, what do you think of Obama freezing the staff pay?

I only want mature answers. Anything childish will only make you look bad.
James, yes I did. I hope you jump on the boat soon!
Also, I’m neither Democrat nor Republican. I’ll ask liberals a question one day to see their responses and conservatives something the next day. Anyone who assumes is silly.

In addition to freezing the wages of $of over 100 staffers at over $100,000….your President is making sacrifices too. His salary will be FROZEN at $400,000/year and all the perks.

Did anyone else know that the president can bascially nullify a supreme court decision?

So does that mean any other court decision that he disagrees with he can just enact a law that nullifies it? Much to think about.

For those who don’t know this concerns Obama’s signing of an equal pay bill into law making it easier for employees to sue if they feel that they are not treated fairly.

I wonder how this will affect merit raises? Will employers even bother giving raises because they might be sued.

It’s this kind of ABUSE OF POWER that underscores how BROKEN our government is.

It is PRECISELY situations like this why we need to have the THREAT of an armed uprising to to THROW OUT a failed government and replace it with one that works.

50% of the presidents since WWII and many of the presidential candidates have been left handed. And Yes He Is.

"Obama freezes staff pay", How good is THAT for the working man, I ask those who voted for him?

I’d be feeling kind of betrayed right now…
Keep my comments to myself, Tee? Last I knew this was a free country with freedom of speech, even about the President. People seemed to exercise that freedom regarding Bush often enough.

It is symbolic gesture of the sacrifices to be made….. and then redistributed.

On Tuesday February 24th, President Barack Obama gave a speech to joint sections of Congress House of Representatives and the Senate. I decided to do, (not necessarily a spoof), but a hip-hop interpretation like rap video playing Barack Obama.

I signed the Fair Pay Act

Twitter: The celebrity account hack

In January 2009, the Twitter accounts of 33 celebrities were hacked including Britney Spears, Barack Obama, Fox News and Rick Sanchez of CNN.

Twitter later revealed that the hacker had broken into the account of a support engineer who had chosen the word “Happiness” as her password.
