The actual percentage of Americans who want/do not want something in the US is NOT RELEVANT!

If that was the most important factor in governance, why did your Founders make the US a Republic?

It never ceases to surprise me how many Americans think that if a majority want/do not want something then that should matter….the Founders KNEW it should not matter, that’s why they gave you a Republic! Your elected government’s job is to do what THEY feel is best for you, not what "you want", silly goose! Otherwise you’d have a Parliamentary system!

(Do you think that if a poll was taken that showed 100% of respondents favored a 100% pay increase for themselves that then everyone in America should get one? You should pay less attention to polls and more attention in political history class!)

If the Democrats do succeed in ramming through this unpopular HC legislation, they will hurt the democrat party, severely.

The people voted for Obama because he promised shovel ready jobs and that he could fix the economy.

They all now know that Obama lied, simply to win the election. Healthcare is NOT the number one priority on the mind’s of the citizens. It’s jobs and the economy.

Obama is hurting the Dems by focusing on healthcare.

Because they don't need facts. They feel they know best and the American people and republicans are not in control so they can do what they want. However, both parties tend to tell little white lies to prove their points.
